Use this cinnamon sugar on buttered toast or topping for quick breads, cobblers, muffins, coffee cakes, or just about any dessert or breakfast bread.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Preparation:

Blend well. Use to top hot buttered toast or use on coffee cakes, cookies, or other desserts.

"I was too lazy, or maybe too cheap, to run out and buy cinnamon sugar for Norwegian lefse that I needed to bring to my son's school for a cultural Thanksgiving. This was simple and was exactly the same as what I would have bought..Great!!!"
