I made this last night in a half-batch for 9oz of fresh Dolphin that I fried in Virgin Olive Oil. I let the seasoning sit on the fish for about 30 minutes in the fridge before cooking. It came out fantastic!!! I am just learning to cook and this mix was super easy. I just made a full batch to use on 1.5 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts tomorrow. It does have a kick to it with the cayenne pepper, I am only using 1/4 teaspoon this time. ENJOY!!!!
