Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Marjoram
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Thyme
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Rosemary
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Salt
- 2 teaspoons Celery Salt
- 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Sage
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well. Spoon
mixture into a small airtight container and label as Chicken Coating
Mix. Store in a cool dry place and use within 6 months.

- 3/4 cup Unbleached Flour
- 1/4 cup Instant Non-fat dry milk
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup of hot water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
