Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups dry mustard (4 oz.)
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 cup white vinegar
- Dash of salt
Preparation:
Mix sugar and dry mustard together. Add eggs, vinegar, and salt. Microwave on medium-high 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often until thickened, or cook on stovetop over low heat approximately 10 minutes.Makes 2 cups.
