Doc-D's Surfside Fruity-Seafood Kabobs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shark
  • 1 lb shrimp large, peeled deveined
  • 1 lb scallops ocean
  • 1 pineapple fresh peeled cored
  • 4 bananas, firm, peeled
  • 2 peaches peeled seeded
  • 4 lemons or limes quartered
  • 12 strawberries large capped
  • 2 apples cored quartered

Preparation:

Cut fruits & shark into chunks that will fit well on a kabob-skewer.
Thread alternating pieces of fruit, shark, scallops, & shrimp onto the skewers & grill over coals until shrimp is done.
Serves 4.
