Serve this shrimp recipe with rice, toast points, or patty shells.

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 can (about 1 pound ) Peas, undrained
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • toast points or hot cooked rice

"This one is very easy to make and turns out great! I had to add a little more water for the sauce, used a little less soy and skipped the extra salt. I will make this again!"
