Skewered Shrimp Recipe

Shrimp is skewered and broiled or grilled.

Cook Time: 8 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds cleaned shrimp
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, washed
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • small white onions, about 1 dozen, canned or frozen and thawed
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
