Allow a few hours for marinating the shrimp and vegetables in this great tasting shrimp recipe.

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds cleaned shrimp
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, washed
- 2 green bell peppers, cut in 1-inch pieces
- small white onions, about 1 dozen, canned or frozen and thawed
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Preparation:
Put shrimp and vegetables in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over shrimp mixture. Cover and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
Alternate shrimp and vegetables on skewers. Broil over medium coals or under broiler for about 5 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
