- 2 pounds jumbo shrimp
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 to 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 bunch green onions, with a few inches of green, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
