Cook Time: 4 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef tips (stew meat works well too)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- salt and Pepper to taste
- water or beef broth to cover
- a few tablespoons of cornstarch or flour mixed
- with a little cold water to make a smooth paste
- hot cooked rice
Preparation:
Brown the beef and onions together; add salt and pepper. Cover with water or beef broth. Cover and simmer over low heat for 4 hours, or until meat is fork tender (works great in crockpot!). Thicken with cornstarch or flour mixed with water. Serve over rice with a veggie on the side.Shared by Tonya
