Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken livers
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 package (about 10 ounces) frozen cut green beans, cooked
Preparation:
Cut chicken lives in half. Combine flour with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Dredge chicken liver halves in the seasoned flour mixture. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until butter begins to brown. Add chicken livers and sauté until lightly browned. Add broth and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add cooked beans, cover, and simmer until heated through.Serves 4.
