Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked pasta shells
- 1 to 1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can Nacho Cheese Soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Brown beef with onions; add green bell pepper and cook for another minute. Add tomatoes, corn, soup and pasta, Mix well; taste and add salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until hot.Serves 4.
