Pork Cutlets With Cranberry Balsamic Glaze

Pork Cutlets With Cranberry Balsamic Glaze

This is a fast and easy meal to prepare and cook any night of the week. Use thinly sliced boneless "breakfast chops" or pork cutlets in this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound thin boneless pork chops or cutlets
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup cranberry relish
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation:

Pound chops between sheets of plastic wrap to thin a bit more and tenderize. Heat butter and oil over medium heat.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with the oil. Saute pork chops for 3 minutes on each side. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over the chops and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, until the pork is glazed.
Serves 4.
