Ingredients:
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cups sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1 can condensed beef broth or onion soup (10 1/2 ounces)
- 1 medium cabbage, chopped
- 2 cups tomato juice or V-8 Vegetable Juice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 small carrots, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a large soup kettle. Simmer, covered for one hour.Serves 8.
