Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 large jar of your favorite vegetable spaghetti sauce (I use Prego)
- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup grape jelly
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preparation:
Brown ground beef with onion in a large skillet. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 2 hours, or until sauce is thick.Serves 8.
