Something Horribly WrongSeptember 21, 2008By erkreiss
"I tried the recipe. I followed the recipe to the letter. The only uncommon thing I did was to use the white variety instead of the usual orange. However, all I could taste was bitterness. It's possible that the orange peel was bad. I tested all the other ingredients and they were fine, also the orange under the peel was fine. Another side note, I do not think the result very puffy. It's more like Sweet Potato Pile or Sweet Potato Blob. While these aren't very flattering my taste buds concur. Sorry, I would rather give a good review."
