This baked tilapia is quick and easy to prepare, and the mild and delicious fillets bake in about 15 minutes.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 6 to 8 tilapia fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish or a baking dish large enough to hold the tilapia in a single layer. Place tilapia fillets in the baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and spread evenly over the fillets.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serves 3 to 4.
