Always a summer favoriteAugust 20, 2007By JaneEaton
"I have been making this recipie for years and it is always a hit! I have been asked for the recipie so many times that I can now write it from memory. I have a different presentation for this dish. I begin with a layer of thinly sliced tomatoes on the bottom of a serving dish. Followed by a layer of thinly sliced green peppers and topped with a layer of thinly sliced red onion. Pour marinade over all and top with chopped fresh parsley. This recipie is a winning way to enjoy fresh tomatoes in the summer!!"
