- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper or lemon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
