- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or more
