Cook Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (7 ounces) tuna
- 1/3 cup chopped dill pickle
- 1/4 cup chopped pimiento
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation:
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Melt butter; add flour and seasonings, stirring until smooth. Gradually add milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add macaroni and remaining ingredients; mix well. Place in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.Serves 4 to 6.
