Cook Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can (7 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation:
Combine eggs, bread crumbs, salt, prepared mustard, onion, milk, and tuna. Pour into 6 individual casseroles or 8 custard cups. Preheat oven to 400°. Set a large pan in oven; set custard cups or casseroles in the pan then add about 1 inch of water to the pan.Bake tuna puffs for 35 to 40 minutes.
