Individual Tuna Casseroles - Tuna Puffs

Tuna puffs are baked in custard cups, for a special entree, brunch or luncheon dish.

Cook Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can (7 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation:

Combine eggs, bread crumbs, salt, prepared mustard, onion, milk, and tuna. Pour into 6 individual casseroles or 8 custard cups. Preheat oven to 400°. Set a large pan in oven; set custard cups or casseroles in the pan then add about 1 inch of water to the pan.
Bake tuna puffs for 35 to 40 minutes.
