- 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen cauliflower, about 4 cups cut up cauliflower, cooked and drained
- 2 cans (7 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup chopped pimiento
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
