Great taste, easy to make, good way to use tuna, Member AJoySmith

The only way I ever knew of to use tuna was to mix it with Miracle Whip and make sandwiches of it. This recipe broadens my use of this healthful and low-cost source of protein. It is very tasty and easy to make! When I make it next time I'll add more butter and cook the onions & peppers more thoroughly. They were a bit too crunchy in the soup when I made it the first time.
