Looking for a GENUINE a la King? This is it., Member PMFog

As the oldest of six children growing up in the Northeast I am no stranger to casseroles, chicken-fryer pepper steak for 8, spaghetti and chicken a la king, all made with love on a budget. As with so many of the recipes Diana Rattray publishes, I liked the looks of this one when I had some leftover grilled tuna and added only 1/3 jar of leftover R--u Alfredo sauce and a 4 oz. can of mushroom stems and pieces. Served the result over split toasted Kaiser rolls and thought I had just gone back in time 40 years! Perfect, just perfect. Thanks once again, Diana!
