Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked turkey, cut up
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (3 to 4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained, optional
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in a greased 1 1/2-quart
casserole; cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly.
