Delicious fun way to finish thanksgiving leftovers, Member nanettechols

We were at the end of our rope having eaten turkey (and stuffing and gravy) for too many meals. I didn't want the good food to go to waste and all the other recipes called for cream of something soup (nasty). So, by default we used this one. It took a bit longer to cook and I just used a whole can of cranberries - it was wonderful. A little runny, but I wanted to use up the rest of the gravy so proportionately I used more than was called for. We both enjoyed it very much and it was very, very easy. This dish will be added to the short list of excellent recipes for Thanksgiving leftovers.
