Ingredients:
- 4 turkey cutlets
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup finely crumbled fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Preparation:
Put butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. When skillet is hot, add the coated turkey slices to the and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink. Transfer the turkey to a serving platter. Garnish turkey cutlets with chopped parsley.
