- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
