Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 pounds smoked or oven-roasted turkey breast, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
- 5 eggs, lightly beaten
- oil for deep frying
Preparation:
Mix sesame seeds and bread crumbs together. Using a toothpick or skewer, dip turkey cubes in beaten egg, then roll in bread crumb mixture to coat throughly. Place on waxed paper-lined pan while oil is heating. Heat oil to 370°. Deep fry turkey until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Serve with Honey Mustard Sauce or Sweet and Sour Sauce.
Makes about 5 dozen turkey bites.
