Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound asparagus, cut in 2-inch pieces
- 2 cups strawberries, halved
- 1 1/2 cups smoked turkey breast, cubed
- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits in juice, drained, reserve juice
- 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon oil
Preparation:
Boil or steam asparagus until crisp tender. Drain and cool.
Combine cooled asparagus, strawberry halves, turkey, and pineapple tidbits
in a medium bowl. Shake or whisk together the reserved pineapple juice,
honey, and oil. Pour dressing mixture over the salad and toss gently.
Serves 4.
