Ingredients:
- 3 cups diced, cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup bottled French dressing
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 4 to 6 lettuce cups (Bibb or iceberg lettuce)
- 4 to 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Preparation:
In medium bowl combine turkey and dressing. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Drain excess marinade; fold in mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion. To serve, spoon salad into lettuce cups; top with bacon.Makes 4 to 6 servings.
