Cook Time: 1 hour, 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup finely crushed corn flakes
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 pounds veal round, cut into serving size
- pieces, pounded to tenderize
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation:
In a heavy skillet over medium heat, heat oil and butter; brown veal pieces, turning to brown both sides. Transfer veal to a baking dish. Combine milk and soup; pour over veal pieces. Cover with foil and bake at 300° for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
