Roast veal with mushrooms, Member Evy123

Thank you! This was a 5 star recipe! We made a few small changes. Sweet white onion, portobello mushroom, and removed rosemary. At the finish, we took top mixture and added one cup beef stock for the best sauce ever!!!!!! We served this meal with roasted sweet potato, sautéed green beans with toasted almonds....rustic, and delightful!!! We found the flavors came alive when served with the Stanley park amber ale! Cheers to u all!
