Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen Brussels sprouts, cooked
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Arrange sprouts in shallow baking dish. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour over sprouts then sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are tender.Recipe for brussels sprouts serves 4.
