Sweet and Sour Brussels Sprouts

Sweet and sour brussels sprouts recipe.

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen Brussels sprouts, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Arrange sprouts in shallow baking dish. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour over sprouts then sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are tender.
Recipe for brussels sprouts serves 4.
