Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 to 4 medium kohlrabi
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth, or to cover
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Heat butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Slice kohlrabi into thin strips. Saute kohlrabi in the butter with garlic for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken broth and lemon juice. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until kohlrabi is tender. Add salt and pepper, to taste.Serves 4.
