Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon grated onion, optional
- mayonnaise or French dressing
- lettuce
Preparation:
Combine carrots and raisins in a bowl. Add grated onion and moisten with mayonnaise or French dressing. Serve on lettuce.Serves 6.
