- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 4 cups chopped tomatoes (4 medium)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Combine the bell pepper, onion, celery, and tomatoes in a medium serving bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a amall mixing bowl; mix well and pour over the vegetable mixture. Toss gently to blend ingredients. Vegetable salad serves 8.
