Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. (3-ounce) lemon gelatin
- 1 pkg. (3-ounce) lime gelatin
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 3 red radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- mixed salad greens

- Curry Mayonnaise
- .
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
Preparation:
Dissolve lemon and lime gelatins in hot water; stir until dissolved. Add cold water, vinegar and salt; chill until mixture is partially set.
Add vegetables and sweet relish to thickened gelatin. Pour into 2-quart ring mold or an 11x7x2-inch baking dish. Chill until firm, then unmold on salad plate or platter; garnish with mixed salad greens and serve with Curry Mayonnaise. Serves 8 to 10.
For curry mayonnaise, combine curry mayonnaise ingredients and blend well.
