- Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 cup croutons
- 8 slices bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or creamy dressing of your choice
- salt and pepper
Line salad bowl with the Romaine lettuce; break iceberg lettuce into the bowl. Cut each tomato into 6 wedges; add to the bowl. Add croutons, bacon, and mayonnaise or dressing. Toss lightly and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
