MARINATED VEGGIE SALAD, Member STEPHANIESMITHWILKEY

I HAVE MADE THIS SALAD FOR YEARS AND NEVER GROWN TIRED OF IT. IT IS EASY, CAN BE MADE WELL IN ADVANCE, KEEPS WELL UP TO 3 WEEKS, BUT WILL NOT LAST THAT LONG AS IT'S GOOD WITH MEALS OR FOR SNACKS. I MAKE IT WITH SPLENDA AS MY HUSBAND IS DIABETIC, & I GENERALLY MAKE A DOUBLE OR TRIPLE RECIPE IF I'M TAKING IT TO A POT-LUCK AND HOPE TO BRING SOME BACK HOME! I CANNOT RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY ENOUGH - EASY, QUICK, & NUTRITIOUS, NOT TO MENTION DELICIOUS!
