Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Preparation:
Combine meat, onion, flour, egg, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Shape into meatballs.Heat oil in a large skillet and cook meatballs.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a Dutch oven; add meatballs and simmer for about 30 minutes.
