Romano Oregano Bread

"This is my family's favorite bread recipe! Neighbors and friends call it ""Pizza Bread,"" and say they can smell it baking on the sidewalk in front of my house. I do alter the recipe slightly... Use half unbleached flour and half hard whole wheat, adding 3 tsp. wheat gluten Parmesan rather than Romano cheese Heaping Tb. of oregano Increase yeast to 2 1/2 tsp. if using some whole wheat. That's it! What an easy accompaniment to lasagna or other Italian-themed meals. Leftovers make kickin' turkey and swiss or tuna salad sandwiches. Huge thanks to Verla for sharing the original recipe."
