This hearty bread is perfect for a delicious roast beef, ham, or corned beef sandwich. Shown with leftover roast tenderloin and remoulade sauce. I used a champagne mustard and didn't get a strong mustard flavor, but the bread was soft and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk, lukewarm
- 4 tablespoons gourmet mustard of your choice
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons soft butter, cut in pieces
- 3 teaspoons rapid rise or bread machine yeast
Preparation:
Put ingredients in your bread machine pan in the order suggested by your bread machine manufacturer. Bake on quick cycle with light crust.
