Tasty side dish, Member 1aurie

This is a nice way to cook zucchini -- flavorful but not overpowering when served as an accompaniment. A tasty way to eat your veggies. Can be made lowfat by using cooking spray to brown onion & garlic (instead of butter), and by adding a tablespoon of milk to hold filling together. I topped it with a bit of parmesan cheese before baking.
