Had an old can of apricots and found this recipe to use it. Made the recipe one and half times in a 9X12 baking pan and the 45' cooking time was right on. Really good taste and smell. A little bit dry the way we made it, but good nonetheless. Used ground cloves instead of the ginger, but either would work well. Thanks for the recipe.
