I made 12 in a regular muffin tray and extra 3 in a tall cup cake container. It took 28 mins all together and the top not even brown, they are cooked through and delicious and certainly will make it again

Did anybody tell this lady that her recipe makes way more than 24 muffins, not 12?? I made the recipe, filled a 12-muffin tray, and had to also make a large bread and a tiny loaf out of what was left, because I only had one muffin tray. And I didn't even ad the nuts....that would have made it even bigger. Very dissapointed.

Made these with 3/4 cup sugar and 3 bananas. Depending on the banana size, could probably even do 4 if smaller. We liked it with the little less sugar and an extrra kick of banana!

It is a great recipe and very quick to make. You can substitute buttermilk and make sour milk by adding 1 tablespoon to everycup of milk. I did and it turned out great. Also when I'm making a recipe and haven't soft butter I take a rolling pin to it, until you can gentle squeeze it.

i tried out this recipe today, it is quick and easy to make. if you bake regularly you will most likely have most of the ingredients already. all i had to buy was pecans and buttermilk. i substituted butter with flora original margarine, simply because i was rushing to make them while kids were asleep and margarine is already soft, i would have had to wait for butter from the fridge to soften. also i sprinkeled chocolate chips on top of muffins before putting in an oven. the recipe says put all purpose flour in, i wasn't sure what was that so i put plain in. the muffins turned out absolutely fine. i thought they were great, not overly sweet or rich, very moist as well. i will definately make them again! ps. recipe says the baking temperature is 400 i think they mean farenheit, if anyone is interested in celsius it is 201 degrees. i converted it because my oven only shows celsius.
