BEST EVER RIB RUB!!July 09, 2012 By mysophie423
I've tried a number of Rib Rubs, but this one, HANDS DOWN is the BEST! I added some Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce as well, and it was a real hit, and tasted phenomenal! A MUST TRY recipe.

Wow what a spice rub!`September 21, 2010 By MrsElaineB
This is an excellent rub and so easy to do. I use the charcoal grill a lot, , I then soaked a little bit of hickory chips, in beer for 2 hours, encased them in aluminum foil and poked some holes for an instant smoker on the charcoal. Oh My God!!! It was to die for!! This rub is a must to try.

Very goodJuly 17, 2010 By redleg1776usa
I cook on the grill often and smoke meat TX style (I live near Dallas). This is a very good rub; I've tried numerous rubs from famous restaurants and this is right up there with those. Also, this has been approved by the family so we will be keeping this recipe around.

Great Tasting/Easy to MakeJuly 30, 2008 By nhshooter
I used this rub for country style spare ribs for my gun club, and got nothing but compliments...unusual from that bunch. They even requested the same rub on pork steaks the following week. At the same time my wife, a great cook, loves the rub. This one is a winner, and it is easy to make. Like another reviewer, I cut a little of the cayenne and chili powder out...not much.

Excellent for Spareribs!!July 05, 2008 By luvfoodnva
This is the first dry rub I have made. I made this rub for spareribs and man was it good!!! I may cut the cayenne and chili powder in half next time to cool it down a bit, otherwise it was a great recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Great rub for beer can chicken!!!April 12, 2008 By KimberMc
This rub makes outstanding ribs, and is the only rub I've ever used for Beer Can Chicken. I'm trying it this weekend on a Beer Can Turkey!
