good flavor from all the onions and peppers. i was hesitant about the coffee but you don't really taste it. the sauce was nice bc it was sweet but not too sweet and a very good compliment to beef. you don't need to use much bc it might be overpowering if you slathered it on. it got thicker and more flavorful the second day.

This is an absolutely great BBQ sauce! I have tried many recipes in persuit to finding the right one for my taste buds and I will not look any further. I just knew this would be the one when I first looked over the ingredient list. I was so anxious to taste it before it cooled that I burned my tongue! Don't try this at home folks!
