I made it for the first time and while searching threw dozens of recipes this one looked easy and good. I made it and it was a hit my family devoured it and now they want me to make more.

If i wasn't so lazy and made my own pie-crust instead of Pet-Ritz it would be 5 star............... I used 3/4 cup of organic brown sugar and 1/4 cup of xylitol. I used a qt of frozen berries and let them thaw and drain in a colander into a bowl, I drank the juice!!!!!! Baked it in a convection oven for 10 min at 425 degrees then covered it in foil (the top was already browning) and baked till bubbly about 25 min to 30 min at 325 degrees in my convection oven. Tthe crust was nice and golden brown. Chilled it in the refrigerator before serving and it was really good, with a crispy crust. Thank You...
