A friend made this and I had to have the recipe. I love it plain, with rice, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, or cheese. Great for Vegans too. Good source of protein.

This dish was very hearty and satisfying! I served it with a topping of sour cream and grated sharp cheddar cheese. I only used 1 can of black beans instead of 2 and would make it this way again. My husband just loved it!
